ADDITIONAL HOSPITAL BENEFIT COVER (AHB) BEDSIDE SUPPORT SERVICE BENEFIT BOOSTER CHRONIC MEDICATION REGISTRATION CLAIM SUBMISSION PERIOD HOSPITALIZATION PRE-AUTHORIZATION
Ex-Gratia is an additional benefit awarded to the members to cover part of the claims in the event that the benefits with pre-set limits have been depleted or if the service is a Fund exclusion. The granting of the Ex Gratia is based on certain criteria. The Ex Gratia is applicable to NMC only.
Members can apply for Ex Gratia if their claims have been rejected or partly rejected due to benefit depletion or Fund exclusion. To apply for the Ex Gratia, the member must complete the Ex Gratia Application Form and attach all supporting documentation(outstanding claims, pay slips, etc.)
Incomplete Ex Gratia Application Form or documentations not attached will not be considered.
In order to avoid delays, please ensure the form is completely filled in and the documentations are attached.
You can sumit the Ex Gratia Application Form to any of the Methealth Client Service branches across Namibia or email toexgratia@methealth.com.na
